Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Replify service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including businesses and their representatives.

Replify provides an AI-powered call answering and appointment booking service for service-industry businesses. The service includes an AI voice assistant that answers inbound calls, collects caller information, and books appointments to your connected calendar. The service is provided on a subscription basis.

You must create an account to use Replify. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You must promptly update your information to keep it accurate.

Replify is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Fees are charged in advance at the start of each billing period. All payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize Replify to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. If payment fails, your service may be suspended until payment is resolved.

You agree not to use Replify to: violate any applicable law or regulation; collect information from individuals without their consent; impersonate any person or entity; transmit unlawful, harmful, or objectionable content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to Replify systems; or resell or sublicense the service without prior written consent. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the AI assistant complies with applicable telemarketing and call recording laws in your jurisdiction.

The Replify AI assistant may generate transcripts of calls. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding call recording notice and consent in your jurisdiction. Replify is not responsible for your failure to comply with such laws.

Replify aims to provide continuous service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Replify and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claims will not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Either party may terminate the service at any time. You may cancel your subscription through the billing settings in your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Replify may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms.

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
